According to the time difference (eight hours) you are allowed to play at 5pm GMT.

As above, The Wonderous Bazaar sells them for 200AD a pop if you want more of them. I personally like the current drop rate.

If you don't buy the Guardian pack you can still play... upon the game's release. No one, even founders, can play right now as Beta is closed and the game is not yet live.

It's been well publicised that the renegade drow would be part of the HotN founders pack so there is nothing underhand going on.
