Have to say Raistlin as well. After that, I'd say Ordu, Orwen, and Orgoch. They may not technically be wizards, but then, alot of the names I've seen here are not wizards either.

I'm not up to date with 4e, but I wouldn't mind having yuan-ti to choose from.

I would like to see as much character customization as possible, in terms of powers (is that the correct term that the game is using?) and skills.
