Yea, this has confused a number of people and we want a better solution sooner rather than later if we can. The invocation coins are a great place to fill those last few coins you need to get something you really want.

This as well as a number of other AH fixes are in the pipes for a future patch (not quick hotfix). Gateway should pick up the same fixes as well I believe when they go live.

Exploit Follow up
Hey All,
We currently are in the process of taking action against a subset of accounts that were confirmed to have utilized exploits that affected the game balance or economy.
These accounts may be banned, temporarily or permanently, depending on the severity of exploit utilization. Anyone who is affected by this will receive notification via email.
While we have taken all precautions necessary to ensure that no false positives made it into our final list of accounts to take action against, we do acknowledge that some players who were banned may wish to follow up with us. If you had an account banned and wish to escalate the issue to our support team, please create a ticket at support.perfectworld.com or send an email to customerservice@perfectworld.com
Please note that forum discussions about specific accounts being banned is against our forum guidelines, thus any threads on the topic may be closed. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Thank you for your patience and support while we continue to do everything in our power to ensure that Neverwinter remains a fair and balanced game experience.

Hi Tr1ckery!
Sorry to hear that you encountered this issue. It's always sad to see when a player has a negative experience in one of our games.
To start out the discussion, I do want to begin with a friendly reminder that posting individual ticket correspondence is against our forum guidelines. I understand that not being able to share one's feedback under certain circumstances can be frustrating, but this rule is in place due to customer privacy guidelines that we must abide to.
However, even though this thread will need to be closed, I still feel that I can share some insight here that may be helpful. The most important thing to understand is that we are doing our absolute best to assist each and every customer to their satisfaction. To be fully transparent, we are currently challenged with meeting this goal due to the high volume of requests we are receiving.
To share a bit more detail, Neverwinter has been growing in popularity, and the number of players we are supporting has been increasing at a rate that is faster than our team has been able to keep up with. Due to this, we have staffed up the team on numerous occasions, and will continue to do so until we are able to respond to all tickets in a timely manner while meeting our intended quality standard. We've had new agents starting almost weekly, but unfortunately there is a bit of a ramp up time while they become familiar with the tools and the issues.
In regards to deleting characters, currently that is something we do not do. I do apologize if that appeared to be the case due to the previous ticket correspondence, but our records show that this is not the case. Also, while we make effort effort possible to restore characters that have been deleted, maliciously or unintentionally, restoration is not always possible. I do understand that having a character deleted can be a very serious loss, so we are always working to improve our tools to increase the scope of situations where restoration is successful.
I sincerely apologize to anyone who has had their account compromised. Responding to these reports and getting players into the game is a high priority for us. To share some insight on our process, temporarily blocking an account is a necessary step during this process, as it locks the malicious third party out of the account and let's us confirm 100% that only the appropriate owner has access.
In closing, I do apologize deeply to anyone that has had an unsatisfactory experience. This is something we acknowledge as an issue and are taking as many steps as possible in order meet our desired customer experience standards. In the event that anyone experiences an issue with their ticket in the future, please note that the most appropriate way to share this feedback is to update the ticket so that we can review your request and respond appropriately.Dezstravus

Hey All,
Thanks for posting your feedback and thoughts here. Responding to exploits and keeping the game balanced is a huge priority for us.
That said, there were a few recent exploits in the game that allowed players to defeat bosses at a rate higher than intended (by re-spawning them) or without the appropriate level of challenge (by utilizing a glitch that would cause a player's damage to be way higher than it should have been).
Both of these issues have, to our knowledge, been resolved in the recent patches. However, we are still in the process of reviewing the logs and taking action against specific accounts that are deemed to have utilized the exploits to a level that we feel is worthy of temporary or permanent account closure.
Any notifications of bans will likely take place over private one-to-one correspondence between us and the individuals, however we do plan to make an announcement when we have completed the investigation and follow up actions so that everyone can be aware that our target milestone of maintaining the game's balance and economy has been met.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work this out!Dezstravus

Hey All,
Not sure why that account tripped the dev tracker, but I may have fixed it. Unfortunately I had to remove the post since there was no way to retroactively remove the flag. Sorry about that. Rogueenterprise, do you mind re-posting so I can verify that the issue has been resolved?Dezstravus

Today, 01:39 AM #Haha, I wish. I grabbed this from another PWE game (Perfect World International?) that had a Chinese New Year panda mount for a limited time. Hes like the grumpy cat of pandas.
Also, the tasks not telling how many times you can run it simultaneously drives me nuts, I want to crush that if I can squeeze in some UI time for it.

Thanks for the feedback! We're actively monitoring the feedback on this, so please keep posting your comments! As users in the thread have started, it's our continual goal to make all Zen Market items either optional (i.e. cosmetic/convenience), or attainable through utilizing the Astral Diamond exchange. Overall, Neverwinter is designed to be 100% Free to Play, meaning that we want you to be able to enjoy the entire core experience and have a ton of fun without paying a dime. Please continue to let us know how close we are to achieving this goal!
